By downloading or using Triplook (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service

Triplook helps you plan travel outfits, organize garments, generate AI outfit suggestions, build packing lists, and keep a photographic lookbook. Outfit suggestions are generated by AI and provided for convenience only — you are responsible for your own packing and styling decisions.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you create in the App. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photo you capture or import.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the App for unlawful purposes or to upload content that infringes others' rights.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the App or its AI services.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Triplook offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly) and a one-time "One Travel" purchase to unlock a trip.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Consumable purchases (per-trip unlocks) are non-refundable once used, except where required by law.

5. AI suggestions disclaimer

AI-generated outfit and packing suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete and depend on weather data that can change. They are not professional advice. Always check the actual forecast and conditions for your destination.

6. Availability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change as the App is in active development.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
